Our Mission
The Racial Justice Coalition is a Harvard Medical School (HMS) student group dedicated to furthering social justice and health equity at HMS andin the broader Boston community. We aim to create an HMS community well-versed in and passionate about dismantling healthcare disparities along multiple intersecting axes, including race, gender, religion, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation and more. Our teams work both internally, shifting the culture and training of future physicians to promote health equity, and externally, to support community-led initiatives.
